Based on the genetic data, the studied rice genotypes were assigned into two groups. The genotypes of first group including Bala were more tolerant and the genotypes of other group had lower root characteristics and were more drought sensitive. Results of the molecular analysis showed that RM215 and RM24671 markers at this chromosomal region had the most allelic variation. The association analysis between markers and traits under stress condition were revealed that the SSR markers RM530-A with root thickness (B=0.431), RM24627-A with root weight (B=0.573), RM24669-C with root number (B=0.620), RM6535-C with stem weight (B=-0.503), RM684-A with stem length (B=0.832), RM160-A with root length (B=0.373), RM684-A with genetic code (B=-0.811) and RM24627-A with biomass (B=1.073) had the highest standardized regression coefficient and can be used in the breeding programs as informative markers, if the results are confirmed by further experiments. Results of the haplotype analysis divided twenty two genotypes into 16 different haplotypes and the haplotype 8 consisting of Deilamani and IR25571 had the maximum similarity to Bala. It seems that this similar genotypes to Bala be included the QTLs controlling drought tolerance at this genome region. These genotypes can be used for drought tolerance breeding programs after validation of the results in subsequent experiments.}, keywords = {Association analysis,Drought stress,Haplotype,Informative marker}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع آللی و هاپلوتایپی نشانگرهای ریزماهواره پیوسته به QTL بزرگ اثر کنترل کننده تحمل به خشکی در کروموزوم شماره نه برنج}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی تنوع آللی و هاپلوتایپی و شناسایی نشانگرهای آگاهیبخش خصوصیات ریشه تعدادی از ژنوتیپهای برنج تحت شرایط تنش خشکی، از هفده نشانگر ریزماهواره کروموزوم شماره نه برنج که با QTL بزرگ اثر کنترل کننده مرفولوژی ریشه در شرایط تنش خشکی پیوسته بودند، استفاده شد. بر اساس دادههای ژنتیکی، تعداد 22 ژنوتیپ مورد مطالعه در دو گروه طبقه بندی شدند. در گروه اول که شامل ژنوتیپ Bala نیز بود، ژنوتیپهای متحملتر به خشکی قرار گرفتند و گروه دوم، شامل ژنوتیپ‌هایی بود که از لحاظ صفات ریشه ضعیفتر و احتمالاً حساس به خشکی بودند. نتایج مولکولی نشان داد که نشانگرهای RM24671 و RM215 واقع در این ناحیه کروموزومی دارای بیشترین تنوع آللی بودند. نتایج تجزیه ارتباط بین نشانگرها و صفات مورد بررسی تحت شرایط تنش نشان داد که نشانگرهای RM530-A با ضخامت ریشه (B=0.431)، RM24627-A با وزن ریشه (B=0.573)، RM24669-C با تعداد ریشه (B=0.620)، RM6535-C با وزن ساقه (B=-0.503)، RM684-A با طول ساقه (B=0.832)، RM160-A با طول ریشه (B=0.373)، RM684-A با کد ژنوتیپی (B=-0.811) و RM24627-A با زیست توده (B=1.073) دارای بیشترین ضریب رگرسیون استاندارد شده بودند که در صورت تایید نتایج به وسیله آزمایشهای بیشتر میتوانند به عنوان نشانگرهای آگاهی بخش مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. تجزیه هاپلوتایپی نیز 22 ژنوتیپ برنج را در قالب 16 هاپلوتایپ مختلف قرار داد و هاپلوتایپ شماره 8 که شامل ژنوتیپهای دیلمانی و IR25571 بود، بیشترین شباهت را به ژنوتیپ Bala داشت. بنابراین، به نظر میرسد این ژنوتیپها همانند والد Bala واجد QTLهای کنترل کننده تحمل به خشکی در این ناحیه ژنومی باشند. در صورت تایید نتایج، میتوان از این ژنوتیپها در برنامههای بهنژادی تحمل به تنش خشکی استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیه ارتباط,تنش خشکی,نشانگر آگاهی بخش,هاپلوتایپ}, url = {https://cr.guilan.ac.ir/article_1281.html}, eprint = {https://cr.guilan.ac.ir/article_1281_1582393cf14d7e0950d98abeb31340e2.pdf} }
