To assess the agro-morphological variation in Iranian Aegilops species, 109 accessions belonging to 8 species collected from different areas of Iran were evaluated. Statistical parameters for traits were calculated and Shannon’s index and phenotypic coefficient of variance were used to estimate genetic diversity. The results of descriptive statistics showed a considerable variation between and within different species. The highest value of the coefficient of variance was observed for grain yield, harvest index, plant height, number of fertile tillers, leaf width, leaf length and biomass, respectively. In addition, the highest Shannon’s index was belonged to main spike length, leaf width, number of spikelets per spike and number of grain per spike, respectively. Correlation coefficients between grain yield and other characteristics in the studied species was different and related to their genomic structure. Principal component analysis identified three components that explained 79.95% of the total variation of measured traits. Dendrogram obtained from cluster analysis revealed that phonological and agro-morphological traits could be distinguished different species from each other. In total, the results of this research revealed that there is a high level of genetic diversity in different species of Iranian Aegilops and therefore special attention to this germplasm is necessary.}, keywords = {Genetic diversity,Multivariate analysis,Shannon’s index,Wild relatives}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع اگرو- مورفولوژیک در برخی از گونه های آژیلوپس ایران}, abstract_fa = {جنس آژیلوپس یکی از مهمترین خویشاوندان وحشی گندم است. گونههای موجود در این جنس در تکامل گندم زراعی نقش بهسزایی داشتند و بهطور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بهعنوان والد بخشنده ژنومهای B و D شناخته شدهاند. بهمنظور بررسی تنوع آگرو- مورفولوژیک موجود در گونههای آژیلوپس ایران، تعداد 109 نمونه متعلق به هشت گونه جمعآوریشده از نقاط مختلف ایران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. شاخصهای آماری برای صفات مورد بررسی محاسبه و شاخص شانون و ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی نیز بهعنوان معیاری از تنوع ژنتیکی تعیین شدند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، تنوع ژنتیکی قابل توجهی را در درون و بین گونهها نشان داد. بیشترین ضریب تغییرات بهترتیب در صفات عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد پنجههای بارور، عرض برگ، طول سنبله اصلی و بیوماس بخشهای هوایی مشاهده شد. علاوه بر این، بیشترین شاخص شانون نیز مربوط به صفات طول سنبله اصلی، عرض برگ، تعداد سنبلچه در سنبله و تعداد دانه در سنبله بود. ضرایب همبستگی بین عملکرد دانه و سایر صفات در گونههای مختلف متفاوت و مرتبط با ساختار ژنومی آنها بود. در تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی سه مؤلفه نخست در مجموع 95/79 درصد از تغییرات موجود در صفات ارزیابی شده را توجیه کردند. دندروگرام حاصل از تجزیه خوشهای نشان داد که صفات فنولوژیک و آگرو- مورفولوژیک اندازهگیری شده بهخوبی قادر به تمایز گونهها بودند. بهطور کلی، نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که سطح بالایی از تنوع ژنتیکی در گونههای مختلف آژیلوپس ایران وجود دارد و در نتیجه توجه ویژه به این ژرمپلاسم ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیه چندمتغیره,تنوع ژنتیکی,خویشاوندان وحشی,شاخص شانون}, url = {https://cr.guilan.ac.ir/article_3056.html}, eprint = {https://cr.guilan.ac.ir/article_3056_f6f7210209019c8432a5b379f57ee603.pdf} }
