This research was carried out to indirectly select the high quality linesof a population of F6 generation derived from the cross of Hashemi×Nedarice varieties usingmicrosatellite markers tightly linked to cooking and eating quality traits. In this research, 250 F6 lines in an augmented design together with five prevalent rice varieties as the checks including Neda, Hashemi, Domsiah, Kadus and Ali Kazemi, in a randomized complete block design with three replications were cultivated in two regions, Rice Research Institute of Iran(Rasht, Iran), and ChaparsarRice Station(Mazandaran, Iran),in 2015. Genomic DNA amplification was performedbylinked microsatellite markers tothe genomic regions (genes) controlling rice grain quality traits, includingRM217 and RM225 on chromosome 6, RM234 and RM1364 on chromosome 7 andRM331,RM22804 and RM27181 on chromosome 8.The results of this research showed that among the markers used in current study, the highest accuracy and selection efficiency belonged to the RM331 on chromosome 8 which had the smallest distance with the QTLdetected to amylose content, gel consistency and time to peak viscosity. Afterwards, two SSR markers, RM1364 and RM27181 on chromosomes 7 and 8, respectively, were themost efficient markers.Assessing the genomic intervals among the flanking markers also showed that the flanking markers RM234-RM1364 and RM22804-RM331 were the best marker intervals for the screening of the studied population for the qualitative characteristics. }, keywords = {Cooking quality,Flanking markers,Selection efficiency,Single marker selection}, title_fa = {کارایی انتخاب به کمک نشانگرهای ریزماهواره پیوسته با ویژگی های کیفی دانه در یک جمعیت نسل F6 برنج (Oryza sativa L.)}, abstract_fa = {یکی از اهداف مهم در اصلاح واریتههای برنج، بهبود کیفیت پخت و خوراک است که نقش کلیدی در بازارپسندی و ارزش اقتصادی آن دارد. تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور انتخاب غیرمستقیم لاینهای خوشکیفیتیک جمعیت نسل F6 حاصل از تلاقی ارقام برنج هاشمی × ندا با استفاده ازنشانگرهای ریزماهواره پیوسته با نواحی ژنومی کنترل کننده کیفیت پخت و خوراک انجام شد. در این تحقیق، 250 لاین F6 در قالب طرح آگمنت بههمراه پنج رقم رایج منطقه شامل ندا، هاشمی، دمسیاه، کادوس و علیکاظمی بهعنوان ارقام شاهد در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو منطقه شامل مؤسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور (رشت) و ایستگاه تحقیقات برنج چپرسر (مازندران)در سال 1394 کشت شدند. تکثیر DNA ژنومی بهکمک نشانگرهای ریزماهواره پیوسته با نواحی ژنومی (ژنهای) کنترلکننده صفات مرتبط با کیفیت دانه برنج روی کروموزومهای شماره 6، 7 و 8 انجام شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد کهاز بین نشانگرهای مورد استفاده، بالاترین دقت و کارایی انتخاب متعلق به نشانگرRM331روی کروموزوم شماره 8 بود که کمترین فاصله را با QTL شناساییشده برای صفات مقدار آمیلوز، غلظت ژل و مدت زمان لازم تا حداکثر چسبندگی را داشت. پس از آن، نشانگرهای RM1364 و RM27181بهترتیب روی کروموزومهای شماره 7 و 8 دارای بیشترین کارایی انتخاب بودند. بررسی فاصلههای ژنومی بین نشانگرهای مجاور مورد مطالعه نیز نشان داد که بهترتیب نشانگرهای مجاور RM234-RM1364 و RM22804-RM331 بهترین فاصله های نشانگری جهت غربال جمعیت مورد مطالعه از نظر ویژگیهای کیفی بودند.}, keywords_fa = {انتخاب تک نشانگری,کارایی انتخاب,کیفیت پخت,نشانگرهای مجاور}, url = {https://cr.guilan.ac.ir/article_3394.html}, eprint = {https://cr.guilan.ac.ir/article_3394_80b1407fa5aff903a9fd9579db7caeea.pdf} }
